This week's version of our zucchini noodles is served with a creamy basil sauce. We'll use our regular vegan Alfredo sauce as the base, then tweaked with fresh herbs. We'll top the zucchini noodles with sun-dried tomatoes. You can choose between the Vegan option or the Meat option (adding chicken).
